Children come into this world ready for love and learning. Parents are their child's first and most influential teacher. But your baby was not born with directions! Our Home Visitors use an evidence based curriculum Parents as Teachers to inform, support, and encourage parents like you to help your child grow and develop to reach their full potent.

The Home Visiting program supports first-time moms as early as prenatal  and up to 3 years of age.  A Home Visitor can provide support on:

  • Healthy Pregnancies

  • Baby and Child Health

  • Breastfeeding

  • Nutrition

  • Immunizations

  • Child Growth and Development

  • Discipline

  • Toilet Training

  • Child Safety

  • Household Safety

  •  Local Resources

 

Eligibility: 

First time pregnant moms and moms with an infant under 6 months of age who meet Help Me Grow guidelines.  Please call for more information, 419-523-6059.
